For 30 years natural running has led and pioneered exploration into the extraordinary potential waiting to be unlocked in bare foot natural movement.
Recent studies compared modern bodies with those of natural living people. They suggest that compared to our hunter gatherer counterparts we have settled into a 10% trap. From head to toe, the range of movements of natural living people are 90% greater than ours. There is one area of expertise developed in natural running that has repeatedly affirmed how true this is for the modern human foot. On this day workshop you will learn how to explore safely the unknown territories that can open up the foot’s extraordinary potential.
The workshop will explore new ways into movement and gait that can help you to improve running form in a natural injury free and safe way.
There is no baseline levels of running fitness for the workshop. There is huge potential in your everyday movements to form the basis for a new way to physical fitness. This day is for anyone interested in running and improving their movement.
